Researcher within Operations Executive Search

A role where you will be coached by some of the most experienced within Operations Executive Search. As add-on to this you will participate in our Academy where we educate our consultants within operations, leadership and communication. A unique opportunity to developed the skills required to become the best in operations executive search.
We promise that you will work with a high qualitative search process, develop an exceptional understanding of Operations and Operational Excellence challenges and develop your personal skills within communication, leadership and problem solving during the journey.
We are looking for a researcher with minimum 2 years’ experience with razor sharp wit and communication skills and a background from studying PAO programmet at University or equal education. We are looking for someone who can own the desk research process as well as in the future coach a research team. You will have to live in Stockholm, as you will be working out of our newly renovated office at Barnhusgatan 20. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
