For new candidates, we find and interview them as if it would be a executive search assignment and take them through our operations skills assessment program. Candidates are interviewed and tested by cognitive and leadership experts as well as experienced operations management experts. We are always able to evaluate if a candidate has a spike in what the claim to have a spike in.
