Jonas founded reLean in 2012 with a vision of developing something different than a normal consulting company; a platform where innovation, great talent and clients mutually benefit from eachother and thrive.
Jonas learned and studied Lean first hand from improving Toyotas factories and applied the same learning in 100+ large organisations internationally during his time with McKinsey and reLean, few people have seen more good examples than Jonas.
He has developed and lead 10+ large transformation programs, designed and delivered training for more than 3,000 leaders and specialists and conducted more than 30 operational due dilligences. Sought after as professional speaker and workshop leader having lead larger assemblies across the world, focused on what to expect from the future and therefore how to think about operations, people and technology today.
