Rebecca is Partner and Head of Executive Search as well as leading reLeans Interim Management. Rebecca joined reLean May 2016 when BBEX Executive Search was merged into reLean and where she was Managing Partner and Founder since 2011.
Rebecca’s search work covers a broad set of industries including manufacturing, professional services, food and beverage, retail and IT and financial services. Her search experience is strongly focused on identifying and placing change leaders and covers CEO, Lean/Operational Excellence Managers, Supply chain/Logistic Managers, Purchasing Managers and as organizations are built on every level she also has great experience in searching for specialists, such as strategic sourcing, lean specialists etc.
Rebecca is highly respected for her strong search experience within Operations/Operational Excellence. Through her career she has build an extensive network of outstanding change leaders and always brings insights on change management skills and finding and evaluating top change leaders, she also has great experience building lean organizations at client side.
