Free seminars
We hold several free seminars for operations and Lean leaders, usually as breakfast sessions. Some of our recent topics has been: Lean Supplier Development, How Toyota uses Lean as talent engine, reLean - learn how do redo Lean and really succeed this time
Open trainings
During the year we have several open trainings for 8-15 participants wanting to deepen their experience in a certain subject from our two training locations in London and Stockholm. We currently offer open training programmes in Lean, Problem Solving, Supplier development,Performance management and Lean Product Development.
Tailored training programmes
We tailor capability building programmes to fit your organisation from our 100+ training modules. Usually we develop academies stretching over several months with home work and projects in between sessions that helps the participants learnskills by applying what they learn on actual work situations.
