Professional experience
Kubilay has recently lead Development of production of the 1st Turkish National Car and had major leadership roles for Manufacturing Plants establishment Turkey, Poland and France together with Quality and Project Milestone Management of 7 different plants in Europe and Africa
Kubilay has a deep technical spike in Lean, Quality and Production engineering. He has trained 500+ people in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellency, Quality, lead significant efforts to reduce warranty costs with as much as 75%, sustained Zero customer ppm, developed a widely used Quality Manual and build plants and productions across the world.
